Our work is guided by hand management and low-intervention practices: careful canopy and soil management, minimal machinery use, and decisions that prioritise long-term health over short-term yield.
Associazione Culturale
A cultural association for art, ecology, and rural imagination. Sentieri di Sogni extends the work of our farm beyond into the cultural life of the valley. It is a space for artists, researchers, and locals to meet, share, and co-create around the themes of land, ecology, and collective imagination.
